Elite Horizon Games is committed to using creative and technical materials responsibly. Where third-party assets, software, tools, middleware, or libraries are used, they are expected to be used under valid licenses and credited where applicable.
2. Third-party assets and credits
Third-party assets may be used in development where appropriate, including commercial assets, open-source components, middleware, audio resources, or other licensed materials.
Where required by the applicable license or by studio policy, credits and acknowledgements will be provided in-game, in documentation, on storefront materials, or in other appropriate release materials.
3. Open-source software
Open-source software may be used as part of development and website operation. Any required notices, attributions, or license texts will be provided where applicable.
4. Game-specific licenses and EULAs
The terms governing the use of any released game or software product from Elite Horizon Games will be set out in a product-specific End User License Agreement, storefront terms, or other release documentation.
Nothing on this page replaces or overrides a product-specific license once one is published for a release.
5. Creator, press, and media usage
More detailed creator and press usage guidance may be published for individual releases when needed. Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, no general license is granted on this page to reuse game assets, trailers, music, branding, or other protected materials beyond what is permitted by law.
6. Fan projects and modifications
